Even with all the Covid safety features in place I was immediately welcomed into the store. My sales associate, Miranda was exceptionally knowledgeable about product availability. She was kind, polite and made the visit to the store a pleasant experience. I will be returning in January to purchase a birthday gift for me !!

I ruined my bracelet on my previous visit and the ladies polished it until their hands were black! I feel bad I can’t recall their names. On this visit I was remembered and myself and my cousin were treated like family as far as I’m concerned. The young lady from Wisconsin was a great saleswoman and made my experience fun! See you guys next week I’m sure!

I was greeted nicely without being aggressive. The sales lady answered my questions. She also was very knowledgeable about selecting trays of beads that I asked about for ideas. I dislike sales people that are pushy and hovering. My experience was very comfortable and easy.

The store manger was patience and under standing toward my needs. Rachel took my order over the phone and is sending it to my home. I can know longer go to your store because I am disable.

This was my first time shopping at Pandora. The salesperson (Meghan S 187540 ) was very helpful. When I described to her what I was looking for she knew what I wanted and where to find it. I will be shopping at this store again.
