I want to compliment Sarah, Katee and Megan for the awesome service that they provided my mother and I during our visit. We came into the store to have our jewelry cleaned and was told by a tall, skinny blond employee that there was a limit on how many pieces of jewelry we could have cleaned. I don't want to say she display racism but Im feeling she had a problem with our request. Granted we have have several peices of jewelry and have spent thousands of dollars with Pandora purchasing items for co-workers, family and friends. We not only came in to get jewelry clean but we made a few purchases. Sarah, Katee and Megan made our visit pleasant and I hope you will take this into to consideration. Be a blessing to those ladies by proving them with commission, gift cards or awards. When I return to the store I will only want to work with those ladies. If they are not working Im afraid if the the Manger is not present to assist my purchase will not be made at that location. Kindness and a smile is just a small gesture that can make anyone day. Nice Nasty attitude and tone I will not tolerate when I am spending my money.
