My main disappointment with Pandora is the lack of gold-plated charms available for bracelets. There weren’t enough to warrant a purchase, and I really wanted a charm bracelet! The sales girl Ann ( or Anne) at Stonebriar Mall in McKinney, TX was outstanding! She was beyond patient, helpful, very knowledgeable, and perfect in every way! For me to be a regular customer, and I love jewelry, I need more affordable gold jewelry and bigger earrings and rings! Please tell Ann how much I appreciated her assistance! Lana Kruse

Wanted to purchase more but felt associate felt she knew what was best for my budget and she had no idea of what I do nor who I was. She went on to talk about her experience as a single mother (did not ask for story) and felt judged. Will not shop at this location only focusing online to get what I want.

The wait time was ridiculously long to pick up the order. There were 2 associates working extremely slow. Store was messy& unorganized.

Our sales rep was very rude, she acted as though she was disgusted in helping us. She barely answered questions and acted as though we she did not like her job or want to sell your products. I will never go back to the store in Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, Tx.

I think at this point I'm done with Pandora. I think your employees in this management are incompetent. I think for me I have tried a few stores here and the culture is not inviting to minorites. Your manager immediately came to me and said she couldn't do a return from Christmas when my purchase was made a few weeks ago. Bottom line she couldn't wait to tell me no without hearing the story or listening to understand. She tried to blame the associate the associate said she never told her that..then she went on to blame it on her being pregnant! She failed to take ownership and listen with understanding. The managers job should be to resolve issues and not make them! Bottom line is your company is culturally biased & this isn't the 1st time. Let this manager know she should go into interaction with a open mind..and ready to help instead of insulting my intelligence and assume that I would bring a Christmas charm back in April.

I visited this store during a trip to Dallas to purchase a Texas Charm. The wait outside the store was ridiculously long and the wait inside the store was just as long. This was not due to the number of shoppers, but due to the lack of employees and the stupid 'social distancing' guidelines they were trying to implement. This was the Sunday before the mask mandate in TX was lifted and there was no reason for what they were doing other than some stupid guidelines set forth by Pandora as a company or the mall in which they were located. These guidelines did nothing more than to frustrate shoppers and add extra work to the employees, who had to apologize profusely to keep people from walking out and losing sales.

The associate was super rude and I felt very rushed. She wasn’t very helpful and was very rude until she knew that we were going to spend a lot of money.

Honestly, if it were not for the fact that this store always has merchandise in stock, I would not patronize this Pandora store. I made an online purchase of 2 orders. Both totaling over $500 purchases. One of the orders was completed correctly. The other order, I purchased the wrong bracelet that was not compatible with the charms I selected. Lauren cancelled my online order and stated it would be better to just do the full transaction in the store. When it was cancelled, it proceeded to place a $136 hold on my account that was unexpected for an online order since I was not purchasing the merchandise. It should have never hit my account. Secondly, when we exchanged the merchandise, she refused to acknowledge or give me the 10% discount that I had received online. She said that only applied to online orders. If I had thought it through, I should have ordered the merchandise online and asked her to close out the transaction, but I was in a hurry to a party with this being the gift. She said the only way to give me the 10% was to get the Pandora credit card. Poor customer service!

The store manager is very rude. The wait was so long. I called for a certain item and when I arrived after asking the associate to put the item on hold. They didn’t have the item.
