My daughter and I went to the Pandora store at the Stonebriar Center in Frisco, Texas. There were two sales associates on the floor helping customers when my daughter and I walked into the store. I was planning on doing an exchange of a recently purchased ring. However, I stood at the back of the store where the rings/register are located for a good fifteen minutes and had no acknowledgement from either associate. Another couple walks into the store, and by the time one sale's associate was finished she immediately took care of them. Did not even look at me. My daughter and I made a comment about how we were next and the associate/manager heard us; she then let us know that they will be with us soon. The first associate came back out of the back only to look at us and say the other will be with us soon and she ended up just leaving. The manager said they were so busy and can only handle so much.I decided to just return the ring for a refund and go to the nearby James Avery store. I have been at this Pandora store when it is overwhelmingly busy, and have always been acknowledged.

Sales associate was not knowledgeable on Pandora credit card, she made me open the account giving me incomplete information and I couldn’t use my card on my purchase

the saleslady was in a hurry to complete the transaction as quick as possible especially when I told her I only wanted to purchase 1 charm. She was polite but kurt since I was nit interested in any add ons.

I am a huge fan of Pandora jewelry since receiving my first pair of earrings over a year ago. I now have a large collection of jewelry. I went to the location at Stonebriar specifically looking for a ring in the new collection I had seen online. The sales associate kept telling me she had never seen the ring and couldn't locate it. After about 30 minutes another associate walked by and located the ring right away. If it hadn't been for the other associate I wouldn't have the ring I wanted.

I called the store before I went to the store. I sled the sales associate if they had stopper on end of bracelet because mine screw offense and I lost it. She said yes she knew what I was Talking about and they had some. I asked how much she said 25.00 I said good will be in store in a few. When I got there the lady got them for me and rang it up said I had to purchase two they come in set and it cost 50.00 when I only needed one. I was expecting to spend 25. But had to spend 50. I told the sales associate and she said the person over the phone was incorrect and I didn’t get her name so it seems she didn’t believe me.

Sales person was unwilling to find or help with what I was looking for. Her excuse was she don’t know if they had the charms I was looking for as it was not easy for her to locate them.

I have a bracelet that I’m trying to complete and took it to a local jewelry shop and they said the metal was so cheap I can’t have it worked on by them and some of my rose gold is so worn it’s now silver. It’s never been wet and is never slept in and always stored in my jewelry box. I’m very unimpressed with how expensive each charm is and they do not last.

The staff was extremely unfriendly. The sales associate was not helpful. It was the most unpleasant experience. Will not go back to that location. It did not seem like they wanted to sell anything.

I felt the sales associate was rude and wanted me to rush on my selection when there was no customer in store for her to attend on. I also felt the manager on duty was not friendly. I returned a few items and did not want to loose the value of purchase so asked if I could just return 3 items, br provide with credit or gift card and in return maker purchase to receive 45% discount on promo. Basically, I threw my money away with a product and service that I felt was unsatisfied. After spending over $350. I will never shop at pandora on line or in store. First, and last time for me, I will continue to shop at other stores such as james avery.
