went to the store to see the sales items after receiving the emails. the sales person gave me a black and white print out with red dots marking the charms on sale. ipossible to see the charms on a tiny printed picture. she did try to help but it took us forever to find the pieces on sale. frustrating.

When the associate finally came to us, she wasn't familiar with the products. She quoted us with the wrong price. She wasn't familiar with the products.

The prices of some of the rings were not mark correctly. I thought i was buying a ring for 40.00 but was really 100.00. When I told the manager she said they hadn't had time to change them because it difficult to change the price on the string. She was sorry but the real price is 100.00 not 40.00. I also had another ring listed as 65.00 but should have been for 70.00. This was very frustrating. I was there for almost an hour to find out during check out the prices were not what was listed. I hope in the future this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I purchased a gift at a different location and the person already owned the item so I returned the item to this location. When I walked in the salesperson told me I could not return the item at this location because the Allen location was a franchise and the mall location was corporate, this was news to me because I checked the return policy online before heading to the store and there was no mention of that. After telling her that it doesn't mention that online. She said well I can return it this one time. She then told me that I couldn't return it because the receipt was a gift receipt. I asked could pull the receipt from my phone number. She then scanned the receipt and said I can credit the card on file. She then pulls out a magnifying glass and says that the item was damaged. This did not make sense to me because the item was never worn and I expressed this to the woman. I told her that can't be. At this point, the salesperson had used three reasons to not take back the return. I then asked for her name because I was going to contact corporate because all this didn't make sense. After that, she processed the return as an assembly failure. This location has rude salespersons.

I bought over 350 dollars of products and was not offered a free gift that’s been advertised all week long. I was given the wrong size bracelet as well. I went back the next day- 5/7 to exchange it and the manager closed the store 45 minutes early stating that he IPads were not charged. After complaining that I would tell the corporate manager, the manager Janice finally served us. Horrible experience.

I walked into the store and was not acknowledged at ALL! I was the only person in the store at the time. Everyone disappeared to the back. I figured it was because I was black. I mean that. I started to walk out but I really wanted to take advantage of the sale. Finally after about 5 min someone came over. Still didn't really acknowledge me but asked is there something specific I was looking for. I asked for what I wanted. She rung me up and never said another word. Didn't even offer to place the charms on my bracelet. Gave me a receipt and I left.
