Maria at stonebriar frisco location, did not have any kind of knowledge and did not show any interest in selling the product or the customer. She responded with all the questions with “ i don’t know” without even asking anyone. Basic question such as: what kind of metal is the piece of jewelry made out of?”. And questions about the preferred program.

I enter the store two associates where there, one with a customer and the other wasn't, and she never said anything to me, finally the one with the customer, said that she will be right with me. When leaving the other one said thank you for your patience, when she should have said something earlier. However once Chloe started working with me she was very helpful

I called ahead a sale person said they would hold merchandise for me got to the store they didn’t have what i ordered on the phone they said they did i had to travel a long distance to get to this store. Very unhappy!

Ordered gift online with in store pick-up, however was told the order would be canceled in 3 days. Tried to chat online and then called store to extend the order, but was told the store needed to cancel order and then hold the item in my name. Then had to stand in line for over 90 minutes to pay for item, whereas store pick-ups were handled in less than 10 minutes.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. I just live a very long way from the mall is the reason I probably won’t return in the next 90 days.

My son placed an order online. Once we placed the order we only got a confirmation but were not notifoed as to when the item would be ready for pick up. I then used the Pandora CN# to locate my order. When I went to the store, the order was cancelled even though I told them that I was going to pick the order. I was only day 5 since the order had ben placed. I did not directly speak to any associate before the order was cancelled. I then ended up paying for the item that was meant to be a gift for me.

They said all sales were final.. Then they walk may purchase out bracelet wrong size..

Service was awe full young lady was rude and no instructions given and so I broke my bracelet

The previous saleperson(woman) gave me the wrong merchandise. I was purchasing a charm and necklace for December and was given September instead. The pa kaging was aweful and I was over charged for an item, but never received the merchandise.
