Sales attendant had little to no knowledge of products, how to locate & no knowledge of store policies. On top of lack of knowledge, had no customer service. Wasn't very proactive to find out. She appeared to not care whether the sale was made or not.

No greeting when walked into the store with no customers; three employees were chatting behind the check out counter; the store manager didn’t welcome return, she had stone face during the process; didn’t return the original receipt until I asked.

When we arrived we signned up and we waited for quite a while because they were letting people cut in line. When we finally got attended the lady had an attitude, and when we asked if they could clean our charms they told us no. We also showed them a 35% off discount email that we got from Pandora and they said it wasnt valid in that store because they ended it. They didn't even bother to look at the email and just told us no. The service was terrible, they were slow, lazy and had an attitude. The other times we were at Pandora we were greeted with great service but this time it was different.

I was looking for a pendant with necklace and earrings that were in the catalogue. I have the ring so it was very important for me to have the set. They told me they didn’t have the pendant withnecklace (140 usd) but they have the pendant alone and that they will look for a chain. They didn’t find the chain so they offered the pendant alone, I said ok, how much, they said 115 usd, so I bought earrings (125 usd) and pendant (115 usd) when I see the receipt, the pendant was 125 usd instead of 115. I asked why and this guy asked the other girl and she didn’t explain just said if the system says 125 it’s 125 (even though the box were the pendant was said 115, and the guy said 115 too. I love pandora but I hate that the employees are not helpful, I wasbuying 270 usd, a lot of money and they don’t help me at all. I’m sorry but I won’t buy there again, at least not at stonebriar mall. Of course I returned everything.
