We were acknowledged right when we walked in. An associate said she would be right with us and she was. It was Ann. She was very knowledgeable about products and sizing for myself and my friend. She helped us with a few items and we were very happy after leaving the store.

Spoke to Tyler at stonebriar mall in frisco because my heart clasp had broken. He set aside a replacement. He was super helpful & let my daughter & try on the bracelets. We were very pleased with his knowledge.
