The sales assistants were friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. She was helpful and offered to Clean my other charms when she added them to my new bracelet. She helped me arrange my charms in the most attractive way on my bracelet and seemed to really care that I was satisfied with my purchase!

Sophia, the customer service associate was very sweet and patient. She gave me suggestions about what to include in the bracelet I purchased for my daughter’s birthday.

I was able to find and buy a new charm at a good price. I was able to get my bracelets and charms cleaned. I didn't have a long line to wait in.
