Sale associate was highly knowledgeable of all the things that I needed she helped me put my bracelet together that I bought online and also assisted me to pick out the right pieces My in-store experience was great

I came in for a replacement for my bracelet because (1) of my new charms would not go in. Turns out the that bracelet was defective. Anne was kind enough to replace it because I originally had gone to another store (Watters Creek in Allen, TX) and the employees there were not at ALL helpful because they said I bought it from another Pandora. One of them even recommended that I go to a third party to try and chisel a bit off for the charm to go through. But I told her that would literally void ALL the warranty through Pandora. Came in to the Stonebriar Pandora in Frisco, TX and Anne was such a sweet heart and didn’t even hesitate to help me. I will definitely be coming back to this store for future purchases because of the experience I had tonight even if it’s a farther drive.

Best experience I've had in awhile. Jadyn was nice and patient. Other times I've visited this location I feel rushed and that I'm bothering them.

The assistant manager greeted eventho the store was busy and short staffed. I initially planned on getting a cleaning and purchasing 3 charms at the end of my visit I purchased 4 and most importantly this was without any pressure from the sales manager. I live in Florida but I'll visit pandora at that location.
