Though I did not catch their names, the two women who helped me were utterly fantastic. I came up to the counter and said, "I have about as long as it takes for my wife to buy 2 get 1 free candles at Bath and Body Works." They solicited pointed questions and arrived at the perfect earrings and necklace combo in record time, completing the transaction and packaging the items for my discreet transport within moments afterward. It was almost 5pm at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, TX, and I hope that helps the two specific employees receive commendations for my $300+ transaction.

I was highly Satisfied with all the options available. Really liked the overall help on selecting a beautiful bracelet for my 7 year old daughter. Sophia was really helpful and did a great job on making helping make a choice. Thanks!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to find all the things I needed plus a little bit more. The store was clean and orderly!

When I walked in, everyone was very friendly. The knowledge of the merchandise was very good. Selection of what I wanted was wonderful.

The salesperson #220346 was so kind to set this charm aside for me when I called ahead. It was the last one of its kind in all of Texas. Very thankful she would do that and I promptly drove to the store to purchase!

Wait time was minimal. It was a gorgeous day so the mall was packed, but an associate was helping me within 5 minutes of entering the store. Everything I wanted was in stock. The sales associate Sophia was very kind, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about the charms and rings that I was looking at.
