I went in to purchase a piece from the Harry Potter Collection. I was pleasantly surprised when Amy switched out my Pluto charm who was chipping on an ear, this piece was a birthday gift this past January. My bracelet was cleaned and Amy was very sweet, I’d say she went above and beyond!

Store was beautiful. Customer service was outstanding. I was traveling and stopped in the store in Dallas Texas.. Sales staff were genuinely kind.
