I've been looking for a change for a pendant I have for a while now, the chain I found at Pandor is perfect for it, love the look and the length of the chain. Additionally, the sales associate was very nice in showing me the different options.

Emma was so friendly and she was elated to hear about my partner’s and I relationship to help better assist us. Emma was patient with us and she answered all of our questions. Emma made us feel like we were apart of her family!!

My sales person listened carefully to me and presented choices that reflected my expectations. She was very knowledgeable, focused and friendly. I especially loved how she made my purchase important and exceptional. She was the definition of true customer service!!!! Her name was Ashley and I will return because of how special she made my experience ❤️

I had a bracelet fall off a few times so I took it to the store in the warrantee period and they gave me a new one. I had also purchased another bracelet to replace the one I lost. Fortunately I found the lost bracelet and that is the one that I got replaced. I was a few weeks past the 30 day mark to return the second bracelet. Amy was so gracious and took the bracelet back. I was able to purchase more charms for my bracelet and I had a great time! I think I will be going to Amy M from now on.
