Ella was a great associate. When I first stopped by, I wasn't sure what to get as a gift for my mother-in-law. The sales associate was patient with me. We were waiting on a table at Cheesecake Factory and when I told her I wasn't sure what to get but I had to go, she sent me with the catalog to look through at dinner. We came back after dinner and got the perfect disney mouse ears charm. My mother-in-law loved it since we just got back from a family Disney trip.

I am from Mississippi and was visiting family in Texas. My daughters and I decided to go to the Pandora Jewelry Store to replace my last bracelet that was given to me and purchased on Amazon. Karl was the Associate who assisted me. He was very helpful, knowledgeable of the products and patient throughout my visit with me changing my mind over and over …not really knowing what I wanted. Karl was so patient and understanding and helped me to find the perfect pieces for myself. In the end, I bought a bracelet, 2 spacers, and a charm. I left extremely pleased.

The sales girl was super nice and treated me very well. She took the time to show me the options I had and was very patient with me.
