I was very pleased to see that store was limiting the number of guest allowed in at one time. I waiting in line for maybe 5 min, and upon entering, was given hand sanitizer and temperature check. This made me feel very safe to come in. LOVED this about the store. Once inside, I had a dedicated sales associate to assist me. This was my first time purchasing your products, and I was very happy with the selection as well as the service. Thank you for taking extra precautions to make my buying experience one in which I felt safe. Thank you thank you.

The girls were very nice and professional and really tried to be as helpful as possible. Its frustrating they can't change the trays under the glass so I can actually see the beads I wanted in person. But, they tried to find beads already out to show me.
