The Black Friday sales motivated me to purchase some nice jewelry for myself for a change.

Allyson was fantastic! She was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the charms and the different metals. She was great to let me know about the promotions that were running so I was able to maximize my holiday dollars. The store was very clean and the entire staff was very careful to make sure customer safety and satisfaction were first priority. I will purchase from this store again, and if Allyson is working, I’ll ask to work with her again.

This store had a specific charm that I have been looking for since September. My home store, which is in Baton Rouge, LA have been out as well as the online store. I was also looking for some added rose gold touches and the sales associate added the perfect touch to my bracelet.

I was profoundly satisfied

I liked that the store took health precautions. My temperature was taken and I was given hand sanitizer before entering the store. Even my purchase bag was sprayed down before it was given to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She was not pushy and allowed me to take my time to look around before making a decision.

Because of COVID the wait time For service is lengthy but the overall experience is good
