Pandora Jewelry

I came to do an exchange on an item I purchased online. The original order was lost through UPS and was delayed for a couple weeks so I was already not happy. Coming into the store Allyson and Collin were able to work the exchange perfectly. Allyson was extremely friendly and changed my overall experience with Pandora. I will not be ordering from online but instead I will come back to Allyson.

Sales Associate was really helpful and a nice person

Upon arriving at Pandora the staff greeted us and took our temperature along with offering hand sanitizer. They asked if we were looking for anything specific and when we mentioned the Harry Potter collection they didn’t hesitate to show us all of the new and old pieces. The availability of the pieces made me happy considering how hard the first run of the original ones were to obtain in the beginning. The staff was friendly and attentive and the girl in training did everything she could to help and asked for help if there was something she didn’t know how to do.

The store traffic flow was carefully being monitored due to covid 19. Everything was wiped down, associates made sure everyone who stepped foot into the store used hand sanitizer. My sales associate was very sweet and knowledgeable about the products she was selling

The associate was extremely helpful. She was amazingly friendly and demonstrated subpar customer service. I felt welcomed and appreciated inside of the store.

When we walked in the staff was very friendly. The associate that assisted my friend and I was very patient and helpful with what we wanted. He was sure to give us all the care details and upcoming releases.
