associates are professional and nice. the store looks beautiful. I always enjoy coming in the store versus online shopping. they make me spend way to much!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. They do not pressure you to buy more than you can afford. They always offer to clean my bracelets. They are always willing to let me see the merchandize by getting it put of the display.

The sales person was very helpful in re-creating a bracelet that had been stolen. She pulled up my record to help with putting the bracelet together.

The salesperson that worked with me to get my product was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the product. They were also very nice and patient with me throughout the entire process of getting the product. The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable to be around.

The selection of merchandise in the store was amazing. There were a lot of options to pick from with a variety of prices. I was able to find what I wanted with the help of the associates which made the experience even more rewarding.
