Everything was good and everyone was friendly and helpful.. the manager was amazing

I received a gift with no gift receipt and the size was not right so I had to go exchange it and the sales associates and manager let me exchange it for another size easily and they were friendly with great customer service and helped me with another purchase of mine.

The staff is very friendly and I like the stuff.

Brandon M. (#185073) was super welcoming and helpful from the moment my husband and I walked into store #0214. A couple of hours early we had received the remains of our beloved 16 year old Yorkie, Max. One of the items was a glass bead with some of his ashes inside. I wanted to make a bracelet with charms surrounding it. Brandon recommended creating a necklace to ensure the safety of the glass bead so that it does not break. I went with the necklace and purchased 2 beads to anchor my glass bead. I also purchased a very blinged out bracelet, dedicated to Max and Brandon was super helpful with finding the right charms. I must say that Brandon M. turned a somber evening into an evening of celebration. I greatly appreciate his energy, professionalism, recommendations and kindness.
