Pandora Jewelry

I visited Pandora to search for my very fist Pandora item. My daughter was with me and we ended up getting her a first Pandora purchase. The sales person was so friendly and patient.

i went into the store to clean my bracelet the lady who helped me was very kind. this was my first going into the pandora store. i got the bracelet from my for my bday and it got discolored since i had mixed it with my other stuff. i walked out the store buying another bracelet with a charm for my mother in law. i was pleased with the help and the knowledge that the lady had. lets just say i will definitely be back in the store to get some more goodies. thanks to the lady that helped me to get me excited to expand my collection. thanks, a very happy customer

Friendly staff. Familiar staff. Ease of exchange.

The store clerk was very knowledgeable and honest. I got in and out in less than 15 minutes. The store clerk asked questions and swiftly helped me find the perfect ring for me

The style were various. The assistant was kind and friendly. The store was clean.

I wish I could remember her name, the associate that helped me was so sweet and patient. I didn’t know what exactly I wanted and she literally showed me everything. She was so nice, I ended up buying four items. Two charms and two clips!

The associate was very professional and courteous as I was trying to decide on the bracelet and charm I wanted. I did not feel rushed at all. He was very friendly.

Francis was very helpful with both the return of an item and the purchase of new items. Unfortunately due to limited edition stock, the exchange of one item at this store was not possible and we were forced to find the item at another store which turned out to be not nearly as friendly. However, the exchange was made and we are satisfied with the results. Overall, the Pandora experience was good, but we found it may differ from store to store.
