We started buying charms during our Carnival Cruise this past week. Bought our first charm at Pandoras in Cozemel and on the Carnival Cruise Ship Vista. Continued our collection at this store. Every Pandora Store was user friendly, and my wife enjoyed buying different charms that tell HER story, especially the ones that represent our grandchildren. She will wear her bracelet for the first time this holiday season. I now found a place where I can purchase charms that my wife will cherish in years to come.

The sales staff was friendly and helpful, but didn't stalk me. I had gone to a Jared store before going to this Pandora and the saleswoman followed us around the store too closely. We went went to Pandora, the store was pretty crowded, but the staff was friendly and once I was ready for assistance it didn't take very long to be helped. The saleswoman was friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t originally aware of the free bracelet with $125 purchase ( I spent over $200). The next day I went back into the store to request the bracelet. The sales person was quite nice and gave me the free bracelet.

The associates knew exactly where everything I was looking for was located. They were helpful and pleasant, and helped me pick things out. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.
