Absolutely enjoy coming to this Pandora location. I am always treated as warm and welcomed. The staff has a passion for helping people and knowing the product line inside and out. I refer to their opinion and input often. On this particular occasion, my daughter wanted matching earrings that had been discontinued. They got them sent over from another location, which was a blessing as it was a far drive. They really go above and beyond on customer service. Definitely recommend and looking forward to going back.

Well, I was a very easy costumer, thanks of the fact that i check everything i want to purchase online first. But anyways, my sales representative was very nice, with a smile in his face all the time, and he paid only attention to me, even though the store was full of people. Thats why i was highly satisfied with my visit.

The sales assistant was very helpful, and patient, as we described our gift recipient and she made recommendations re: charms. She also took our feedback on board e.g. we did NOT want a dangle charm as the gift was for a young child. She also took time to point out that there was an on-line survey that could save us an additional $10 as we are considering another purchase in the next few days.

The associate who worked with me, Nelly, was very knowledgeable about products. Any hint of what I was thinking of from the website or past purchases, she knew exactly what I was talking about.
