Store manager is highly knowledgeable about current and upcoming Pandora products. She is always friendly and willing to help find the "perfect look". She keeps the store neat and clean and understands the value of customer service.

The sales associate was extremely professional and helpful. Everything I wanted was available in the store. I look forward to my next trip.

Everything was great just they never asked what the ring was for just assumed it was an engagement and wedding band kinda made me and my boyfriend uncomfortable

Finding what I was looking for during my visit to the Pandora store was a breeze. Everything was laid out pretty openly, especially the rings section, there are rings that are put out on display that let's you touch the ring and have a feel of it. Which is really nice and convenient cause I wanted to see what the ring would look like on my fingers, so it was nice to something yo sample and compare. The staff was really nice and super helpful! They were really patience with me deciding the products that I wanted it, especially when finding ring sizes for me. And I left happy with my purchase.
