Anna Nguyen has the best customer service. She was very patient, helpful and kind. I was hesitating of buying the present but she fixed all so I could buy what I expected in the budged I had 😊 I really like her service.

Went into store to purchase charms for my bracelet. Nellie, was so wonderful and kind. I had no idea where to even start. Nellie, was so patient with me and help me to select all the special charms I needed. She knew exactly which charms would be perfect representing my grandchildren. Thank you Nellie!

Amanda helped us choose a special Keepsake Birthday bracelet with multiple charms and clips etc. This took some time and she remain patient throughout the process. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She is the reason I would return to this Pandora location.
