I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I asked for a specific charm and Norelia went right to it. I was on my lunch break so I was in a hurry and the experience was still pleasant.

The staff at the store was AWESOME. They helped me out with getting my bracelet cleaned even though the policy was to not clean during the holiday time. I explained to them that I was moving back to MI from living here in TX for 8 yrs. They cleaned it by hand and gave me some great tips and suggestions on what I might want to buy since I have had mine for over 8 years. They were so great that while I had not planned on buying anymore charms right now I did end up purchasing a new snow flake charm. Nelle was amazing!! Very knowledge able and helpful. Store manager (sorry don't remember her name) was extremely nice to let Nelle take the extra time to clean my jewelry.
