Thanh was very friendly and helpful with helping me select charms for my essence bracelet. I almost got a Pandora account because she is so good lol. I definitely will be returning because of her.

The sales clerk was very helpful and made some very good suggestions one of which I bought. She offered to clean my bracelet while I did other shopping. When I picked up the bracelet she suggested that I come in again to get the free cleaning on a regular basis

The Pandora location where I went to make my purchase was great because everyone was friendly. There were associates at the ready if there was more than one party there who needed help. They also helped me in getting the best deal.

This is the first time I've purchased Pandora. There are wide range of charms to choose from which is awesome because you can really personalize your own bracelet, it's like you have a story to tell. I love the design and details on the charms. They are super cute and elegant! I am looking forward for the new designs and will keep adding more charms in the future!
