The selection was not as much as on line and the service was a little slow. I believe they were short staffed. But they were friendly.

I greeted upon entering the store, this sales associate that was told to assist me, I had no idea what her name was. I advised what I was looking for, which she directed me to and showed me the charms. I asked if the charges will fit a circular bracelet because I had the 3-strand. Her answer was "all our charms fit all bracelets". Ok, well I picked the ones I wanted and went to pay for them and the ipad didn't want to work properly, she states wait till it turns green, while flipping it over very fast. I was getting annoyed due to the fact you are telling me to look for something but you are moving the item constantly. Purchase goes thru and, she hands me my bag and walks away to go behind the back counter. Even if I didn't want to be upsold, it would have been nice to have a conversation with the rep as to what I had previously owned. I'll visit the store again, but will wait for another rep to assist me (I will remember her face)

I was satisfied with my experience. me and my sister went in not expecting to walk out with anything but we did. the lady was patient letting us look at the great selection they have.

Sales associate I did business with was not really helpful. Did not show much of any merchandise which made the experience very frustrating. Did not like the fact that I had to stand there looking thru a book instead of being shown merchandise inside the store . I am a paying customer as well as a frequent, loyal customer and should not have had to have this type of experience when I come in to pay money for a product.
