Because the charm I picked online clearly displayed "I will always be there for you", where on the charm itself there is NO WAY to remotely be able to read any of the letters!!!!!!!! That was the purpose of this purchase for my daughter to READ THE MESSAGE on the charm. Thus, I will return it. The website is misrepresenting the item.

I’m my opinion, “Highly Satisfied” would indicate a near perfect store experience. Making all the marks, hitting all the targets; it was an “ok” experience, but not over the moon, blow my socks off. The sales associate could have made suggestions for products, been a bit more friendly, and offer to throughly clean my bracelet, not make me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking for such.

I was not greeted when I walked in the store … there were three employees there and none of them acknowledged me even though they were with a customer…after the one lady was finished and I was standing there I had to approach her and not the other way around..I was there for a specific charm if it had not been for that reason I would had left without a purchase.

I been in the store some of the employees gave me the look like I dont have the money to buy something in your store. But the one who help me find the ring I want she was really awesome.

It’s was just OK for me this time. Sales girl wasn’t bad but the motivation experienced in the past just wasn’t there this time.

All of the associates were very friendly when we first came in. However, my personal associate was happy at first to help and then throughout the process it seems like she didn’t want to assist me anymore and kept trying to get another coworker to help me instead. At one point, one of her coworkers came up and was talking to her the entire last half of the process while she was still helping me. It was uncomfortable and made it feel like they didn’t care to help. I get that I was undecided on my charm bracelet and was switching out charms a few times but it was my first pandora purchase so I wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted.

The associate did not acknowledge our presence when we stopped in front of him. He could have looked up if he was in the middle of something; to say ge will assisting us in a moment.

I told the sales rep that I was buying a gift, she gave opinions and prices based on that, and didn’t give me a gift receipt. I called the store later on and they told me I needed to go back there to get it. It was their mistake!

I was satisfied with my visit. However, the sales lady could’ve been less personable. I asked if she could take off my bracelet and put my newly purchased charm on it after she cleaned it. She agreed and volunteered to show me how to take off the bracelet, which was wonderful.She then informed me that I shouldn’t shower or swim in the bracelet in a accusatory tone. Tone is everything.
