Not a proactive employee

When we walked in I was not greeted or asked if I needed any assistance, but a moment later another customer walked in and was greeted and taken for assistance. I thought it was quite rude to overlook me and then go right to the next person who came in behind me within thirty seconds. It made me not want to shop at this location.

While the sales associate was available right away and quick to find what we needed, she was not very outgoing or welcoming. She seemed timid during the entire transaction, like she was scared of us.

There is not a huge selection of charms in store.

I bought a charm previously and the toggle broke multiple times. I also had to return a bracelet due to malfunction in the clasp and I lost 3 charms in the process.

There’s nothing wrong with my experience it was just deciding on what I wanted to buy. The young lady that helped me did an excellent job. I just hope to return when I can to get something else.

The sales associate kept the jewelry in the glass which I couldn’t see what I was trying to purchase. I felt as if she thought I was going to steal if she took the jewelry out the case. I only made a purchase because I had plans to buy a safety chain and didn’t know when the next time I would have a chance to go in the store

No problem with service just seemed to be short staffed. It was only the store manager and another associate 5 guest in the store. Was greeted by the manager and inform me someone will be with me shortly. Shortly after I was assisted and on my way.
