Help was not immediately provided when I walked in the store to purchase. The store manager helped us later on.

All was awesome

The wait was long and several things I wanted were out of stock

I came to the store for the third time for a broken bracelet. The sales associate on this visit was dry and without smile and agility in service. She answered my questions but was in know way vested in my process to get satisfaction from product selection.

I was completely Satisfied with my purchase, I do wish the store has more workers, so the workers don’t feel rushed when they see more people arrive and the person that they are attending they are able to give them all there attention and knowledge.

Honestly, I probably waited 15 min while she waited on someone else. picking out charms can be a long process. And there was an employee in the back that didn't come out and help her. Katie the sales associate was great otherwise. other than having to wait longer than I thought appropriate everything else was great

The only thing was the line set up, however the associate that assisted me was very polite and acknowledged each person whether she could assist them right then or not.
