The sales associates do not smile or acknowledge customers waiting to get into the store in a timely manner. They do not smile. It takes them too long to speak to customers who are waiting.

I had to take the necklace on display.I feel like I should have gotten an extra percentage off for that.

Wait time

I wasn’t overwhelmed with my experience. They stopped me at the door and I felt I was being asked why I’m there. To spend money of course

I am a first time Pandora buyer. The selections I chose were well thought out and tell the story of special events in my life. At the close of the purchase, the associate told me that the store didn't have any tarnishing bags. She said that I could go to another Pandora store to get one. There was not suggestions of the closest stores to pick one up or that they would get some from another store. I was very disappointed for a first time buyer.

A lot of pieces I wanted to purchase were not available, it was late when I arrived but no substitute were offered. I really wanted to purchase 4 charms at $55 each. There was a charmed marked in the case at $35.00 the sales clerk quoted it at $35.00. later saying it's wrong in "our" case. The piece is 75.00 after we decided on the piece. No real apologize was made. I decided not to the purchase the other 3. The association was nice but seemed new, unsure and failed to make me feel valued after the misquoted price.

Well I was highly satisfied be with the pandemic going on it is hard to see items

I was very satisfied with my experience. I just wish there was more of a “gold plated” selection.

Covid rules. Not being able to see all of the products quickly. Had to look at a book. It was ok but not like normal jewelry shopping. Not fun.

I had 2 transactions and the second one was a problem for the associate even though I called ahead to make sure there was no problem before coming in.
