The sales lady was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to look for what I wanted, and even showed me other suggestions. The experience was well worth the trip. I’d ordered 3 orders already online, but by seeing everything in store and the friendliness of sales lady helping me, I purchased more than I went in for, and will be going back for more. I’ll also be letting the four family members I purchased bracelets, necklaces and charms for, know where to go and experience what I did when they want to add to theirs. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I was told about the offers there was available that day. Very friendly people and were able to help me choose something in my budget. She showed me various charms and seemed willing to help me find something. Very professional!

The customer service was extremely phenomenal and they were very patient. They were telling us about the promotions that they had going on and they answered all the questions we had.
