I went to the Watters creek location in Allen before hand and the associate told me a size 6 was too big but I knew it was my size then she proceeded to put a size 5 on my hand it was stuck and a struggle to get off. Once I finally got it off I had an imprint of the ring on my finger and the ring took off some of my skin as well has having a swollen finger for the rest of my day. It made me not want to return so I went to the Frisco location and they were amazing.

I have been goin to the same Pandora every week for the past 4 weeks or so to purchase charms and the sales reps have been extremely helpful but this last visit the sales rep was not pleasant nor was she helpful I purchased 2 charms and she did not help me with my bracelet and my charms kept falling off all over the counter and she just stood there

The sales person did not offer to switch out the defective removable bracelet with another one so I could purchase.

Manager ended up exchanging the product that I bought a day earlier, For a smaller size. Two days later my other ring is now damaged that she wouldn’t exchange for a smaller size.

Because it was limited stock on-line so I made a purchase for pickup from one of your stores but wasn’t allowed to use a coupon code that was given. For me being new to the Pandora family I would have ordered more but was told they could honor my 10% coupon code.
