Although the staff is super friendly and always helpful the store is never well stocked. I constantly run into the problem of them being out of what I want or down to the last one and us searching the display cases to find it. This is an issue even not during the holiday season.

I purchased 3 charms during the buy 2 get 1 promotion and needed to exchange one. When I went to exchange I realized that the receipt did not reflect that I paid for two at regular price and got one free therefore I was told I would receive $30.54 for the one I was exchanging but in reality it costs $45. So, in order to get another charm at $45 I needed to pay another $15 plus tax. By doing so I would lose out on the promotion of getting one free. In the end, the manager helped me out and made it right but it was a long process. That promotion, in my opinion, was deceiving.

Glass is very dirty & looks old & charms are not stainless steel & have no diamonds for the price. They didn’t have charms displayed & too many empty spots. Girls were friendly but not knowledgeable.

Not completely satisfied with the salesperson forgetting to put an item on the ticket then not wanting to give me the discount because she forgot to add it to the sale

Service was slow. There were only two consultants at the time we went in and while they gave each customer much attention and time we had to wait awhile to be seen.
