I had to wait about mins to be helped then another 5 mins to be checked out because there is only on register availble in the store.

The visit started very nice, the associate that was helping me had a great costumer service skills, knew the merchandise good, told me prices of everything and we made a great birthday gift for myself with the budget i had to expend. Problem was that the manager who adjust the prices on the final sale did it wrong and did not took the 45% off the right way, making me believe it was too much money, passing through the issue of choosing what should i take out. After i pay and left the store, i check the receipt and found out there was 47 dollars charged wrong. I came back to the store, the associate called the same manager and she saw the issue, fixed it and i was able to get the charms i got out. I jad 47 dollars credit that if i didnt come back, aas gonna be stolen from me. I will recommend a training for that manager. She should be more carefull.

Every employee was nice. They were all very professional, I have no complaints about any of them. There is also no reason why I wasn’t highly satisfied.

Associate was too much behind us trying to help and not letting us look through the store irrespective of me requesting some time to look around the store.. little bit of privacy would have been more appreciated.

I have feeling that the items I bought are overpriced. One of them is a dangling charm and keeps on moving around the string, so I might return it soon. Because it' bothers my wrist.

Do not shop jewelry stores very often. The only reason I visited Pandora is to get the pacific ring my daughter wanted for her birthday. Will I visit a Pandora store again, maybe/maybe not. Single mom just trying to make it.

The manager of the store was very rude to the other sales associate (the other sales woman looked new and a little confused where everything was). I was told The price of the charm i bought would be 75 and it ended up being 85 without me even being told until i purchased it.
