not friendly and helpful

The lack of variety of the elephant charm. I would like one that hangs and looks “mature.” The current one does not hang and it looks very juvenile. I look about once a month for an elephant charm. Also, I would like an African violet charm that hangs. There is little variety in the flower charms. Lastly, I would like an African mask charm. The charms need to speak to all ethnic backgrounds. Maybe I’ll get all of these if Lion King is one the Disney-featured charms.

My second experience at the Pandora of sales assistant seemed lacked of knowledge of the product compared my first visit at here. I came for Valentine's shopping, but my sales associate wasn't much of help for me. Other than she shown me Valentine's collection, she didn't do much. I know it's up to me if I', liking it or not, but I pretty much selected everything. She could probably done suggest me the popular items and explain why to me. Therefore, my second experience at the Pandora was so-so unfortunately. But definitely come back for another occasion! Love the products. I hope I'd get better experience at this store again.

The sales person was knowledgeable and stated that a soccer ball charm was anticipated in the next coming month. I have needed a soccer ball charm for three years. Hope you also have a hockey charm. You also need state and city charms. I want charms for every place in which my children reside such as Iowa and Texas and Missouri. Need charms designed to have meaning for recipient not just for beauty.

I asked for a brochure/catalog of charms so I could sent it to my granddaughter in another state to pick out a charm for her upcoming birthday and was told they are out of stock...no attempt to get me one!

I needed safety chain placed on bracelet no one offered to help me. I got frustrated and left.

It took a very long time to get service, even though some employees were not busy.

I was the only customer in the store, yet I had to wait 5-10 minutes before someone assisted me. When I entered the store, the sales associates were in the back of the store rather than on the sales floor.

The availability of sale merchandise was very limited. Most of what I wanted was not in stock. You need a viewing screen to look for charms instead of looking on sheets of paper.
