sales lady told me the price of the bracelet, put it on hold, a bit later came back to purchase, and was told a different price. i pointed out the lady who told me the price and said someone should tell her she was wrong. they didn't do anything.

Everyone was doing their job. It was around Christmas so the service provided was sufficient. It was too crowded, however Caroline was very sweet and patient and knowledgable.

I felt like the store clerk was too pushy while we were there. She kept trying to get my boyfriend to buy more things so he could receive the free bangle. He repeatedly had to tell her no, he did not want anything else and just wanted to earrings. I did not appreciate the repeated pushy-ness.

Felt as if the sales associate was not listening to me when I requested the items I wanted to see. She let me look in the book and I was not able to see the items loose in my hand. Found it weird. Not sure if I will be back to this store from this experience.

I came all day way from Belize Central America visiting the US and missed the promotion by a couple days. I come to US once a year and purchase my pandora products for I own quite a number and was not offered any promotion.

When I walked in I was greeted with kindness but unfortunately it took a while to get help with a jeweler. But once I got help ( Crystal ) was so helpful and kind. I will return next month and of course X-Mas time. Thanks Crystal for telling me about the wish list.

I don't know why my friends and I, we all feel that Pandora sales persons are not as friendly as other jewelry store. The way they talk, the eye contacts you have are not so comfortable. Hope you could do better in the future!

The associate never acknowledged when I walked in. I waited for a few minutes and I walked over to her for assistance. After that she was pleasant although she did not show me different things, I had to ask. I finally purchased something then on my way out I doubt a nice piece and actually returned what I purchased for the one I saw.
