You guys had a special where I get a free bracelet for spending $150, but they were sold out. Perhaps, as a valued and loyal customer, I could have been offered something else to make up for it.

Had a b-day coupon sales person didn’t read correctly. If I werent paying attention and caught the mistake I would of not received the 10$ off merchandise. Just felt like she didn’t care

First time in the store. After I had been there for a little bit I was asked if I had signed in. I had not because I didn’t know you needed to sign in. There was a sign in sheet with know sign telling you to sign in. Needs to be better seen and someone acknowledging you as you walk in so you know how the system works.

Well I asked about having pineapple charms and she said other stores carried it but didn’t tell me which stores and it’s not online either & 2 I asked about an upcoming sale where I would be spending more than $125 in the next coming days and if I spent it prior to the sale could I return with the receipt to get the free bracelet but that question wasn’t answered either.

There was a long time of customers to be waited on and only two sales associates. There were five people in line in front of me, if I weren't there for a gift for a friend that I needed in two days I would have left. There's no ease to move around the store, you can't look around the store and hold your place in line. You have to know what you are there for. I had to grab a book to find what I was looking for and then ask the sales associate once they got to me in line. Need more staff on the weekend for sure.

My mother asked for her bracelet to be cleaned and the associate said we don’t clean on the weekends. At the time, we were the only customers and when we left there were two other customers. I felt with the amount of money spent at the time of purchase she could have cleaned my mother’s bracelet. Additionally, the associate didn’t engage in conversation until after she realized we were going to purchase.

I really liked of can to buy my Pandora product. But I would like to be attended better. The associate who support me was little uninterested about help me.

I bought my wife a charm for christmas. I was told that she could exchange for same discount if she wanted something different and recive the discounted price. She exchanged for item costing the same amount. Her exchange was at the discounted rate, and her new item was at the full price. Example. The charm was orginal $65. The purchase price was $42. She was exchanging for an item for the same original price $65 (since I was told she could make the exchange at a later date because my purchase date was during a sale). I called the store, could not resolve over the phone. I had to make an appointment to go in the store to speak so someone. Once I was in the store, the matter was resolved quickly. But the process in getting there was difficult. When I purchased, if I was told there would be a problem with the initial exchange, I would have presented the gift prior to the end of the sale to allow her time to decide if that was the charm she wanted.
