There were 3 associates working but only 2 were waiting on customers. The associate that helped me wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t friendly either. Barely spoke to me and seemed like she did the bare bones minimum to get the job done.

The sales person was rude and not very helpful. I ask to split the receipt for personal reasons and she was upset. I asked to put the bracelets together in one box and she ignored me and put them separate and she did not advised me about the coupon after spending $100 to complete the survey. Very poor customer service! She was not friendly at all...

Merchandise did not look like what was on line. Writing was so small I could barely see it.

The sales person wasn't really helpful. I was there with my preteen daughter looking for a ring...and she didn't suggest any..we just tried on a bunch. I've had better experiences there where sales people actually help.

I'm going to have to return to the store for the rubber piece that goes with the clip bead I purchased since it was never offered or given to me before leaving with my purchase.

Was not acknowledge when in the store. I was not aware there was a sign in sheet until three other people entered the store and the sales associate asked them to sign in. That made me the last one on the list. Employees in the backroom did not come out to help. Multiple charms not available which are fairly common (grandma, mom etc.)

My husband bought me a charm I already had . When I tried to take it back with my receipt the girl at the counter was very rude. She Tried everything in her power to not let not return it .even though I explained I had several bracelets and rings and earrings set at this time . I don’t want anything at this time. then she comes back and said well do you have the correct credit card for this I said no my husband bought it .she said I can’t take it back with out your husband .If I get this taken care of up there I will not shop at Stone briar in Frisco Texas

My sales associate, Toni, was AMAZING! It was her MANAGER that was unprofessional, interruptive, discourteous, and audibly humiliating towards the two salesladies that were waiting on customers. One sales lady even apologized to the customer for her manager's actions. Maybe this micro manager needs several days of remedial training and a large bucket of kindness and humility or maybe a NEW JOB elsewhere.
