The associate did not know about the products or promotions. She dropped the jewelry.

i was greeted by an employee upon entering the store and they did not seem knowledgeable about the products. I said I would look around to see if I could spot what I was looking for. When I did, it was very difficult to get any of the sales people to help me again. I had to wait at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me.

The sales associate was just rude. Had an attitude about me not knowing my ring size & was just rude the whole time. Don’t know if it was because we were younger or because of my race but she was just not nice. Didn’t like the way she spoke to me nor the tone she used.

Sale person was rude. Treated customer like he or she is going to grab the items and run away. Absolutely not return to this store.

The customer associates were rude and unhelpful. One of the associates stood there didn't offer assistance, zero greeting , plain rude.

The Girl that was assisting us didn't apply the discount until another one told her to do so when I told her that I was a member, she even asked me to demonstrate going into the portal from my Phone when she even found me vía email in your records, my friend was being attended by another girl and she didn't ask her to do that because she was registered too and pop with her email... So she had to do a refund and then charge the products again but with the discount

Because this Pandora on Stonebriar mall doesn’t not let you touch the charms. You have to see under the counter. I needed a present and I was there. But in the future I won’t be returning to that location.

Sales associate was not friendly. Didn’t help me out with what I needed. Acted like she just dreaded being there.

The employees were extremely rude. She kept going in the corner to talk to a boy and ignored me for 30 minutes even though there was no one else. Then when I asked for help she publicly told her coworker that she didn’t want to serve us. I simply asked for help. I’ve never left a negative review before but it was very very childish for a place of employment.

Sales person do not have the knowledge of the prices, the price tags were wrong. Not so friendly either while showing the collection
