Sales associate was very kind and focused on making our selection perfect for the ocassion. My husband and I were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. All staff were kind and celebrated with us.

When I walked in the door everybody was so nice and wanted to help me find what I was looking for this was my first visit there I am from Atlanta so I wanted something to remember my stay there she was Awesome!!

I visited the store down in San Juan Puerto Rico. Nicole was amazing! She made sure I left the store with a meaningful charm, she also took the time to educate me on some accessories in order to protect my charms. She was great!
