I actually, had to make my purchase through whatsapp because when I arrived at the store it had just closed and I couldn't go back the following day because I was on vacation. When I phone the store the sales associate (Paola) was not only very helpful but she was also very friendly. She took pictures of the charms I was looking for and answered all my questions. Looking forward to going back to Puerto Rico in January and visiting the store and hoping Paola is there to assist me once again.

Because this store has more variety due to the fact that it is located in a tourist area
