Thanks to Shelby, I was able to pleasantly complete my transaction during the very busy holiday season. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by smiles and a pleasant environment. Regardless of the busyness of the day given the holiday, the associates looked at ease and in control. Shelby was incredibly helpful and I was able to exchange my item with no hassle at all. I will most definitely return to Pandora Old San Juan, it was the best experience I've had so far at any Pandora store.

Friendly service and attentive to what I wanted

Our sales associate was really sweet and new how to take care of us. She was also able to help us pick in between charms and was so knowledgable of the products she was selling. She was overall very very nice and helpful.

I tried to exchange the size of my reflection bracelet and none of other Pandora stores (Plaza Las America & Plaza del Sol) I went did me the favor. They told me they did not know when they were going to receive new reflections. At the Pandora store in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, Jacklyn did helped me with my request by telling me that I could visit them weeks later to see if the received new merchandise. I am so grateful for her. She is an excellent seller and customer service expert.

I am highly satisfied due to that the associate went above and beyond my expectations to get the bracelet I was looking for. They found the store that had the bracelet and brought it.
