Friendly staff. But i asked if they could clean it twice and both times they said no its fine. Because i was trying on a lot of rings and i image 100s of other people do as well. So i wanted it clean before i took them home with me but they said it was already clean so idk. Also they didnt have the ring i really wanted in my size. But i love the rings i purchased. Cant take them off and i have gotten a lot of compliments already 3 days later. What brought me into the store was the 25% off sale. Pandora should definitely have more sales like these but maybe with $100 because $150 is alot. This was my first purchase of Pandora’s and i am a happy customer. I will definitely be back. Thank you Pandora team.

The employee who helped me with my purchase was very nice and knew exactly what we were looking for. He helped us find the color and size that I wanted and answered all of our questions.

I was taken care of within minutes. What I was looking for was in stock at the store. The agent who took care me was great!

All employees were friendly and proper. Store was clean and inviting. Process of exchange was easy , Karoline did not hesitate to help me select
