I was looking for Harry Potter charms and they were no longer on inventory. I am also a fan of the Star Wars and the charms were almost out of stock.

Service time was okay, but the sales person was a little slow in the packaging.

I asked to have my bracelet cleaned and was told I needed an appointment when I was only buying one charm for my bracelet once I purchased two charms over $100. Suddenly they could clean my bracelet for me.

The service was ok, nothing against her. She wasn’t cheerful or sad just about business. No extra conversation like I’m used to when traveling.
