I bought a stud earrings and a charm from PR in all other stores they usually put the charm on for me. She did t do that or offer to clean my two pandora bracelets which left me disappointed.

The wait time to get in the store was to long out in the heat and then the time we had to wait to get checked out was too long.

Me gusto el servicio ,pero uno no podia comprar con tranquilidad , la supervisora ajoraba al vendedor hay ventas que toman tiempo e indecicion

Sales person though very nice was way too pushy for me to purchase a necklace , a ring even though I made clear I was there to purchase a charm for my wife’s bracelet. Even though I like both i would not buy then and there as I hate pushy sales.

The piece that I brought for cleaning in the store was not in the way that I expected. For the first time I heard that I couldn’t store the piece in its closed box. I think that I have to return to receive a second cleaning for my bracelet.
