This store was extremely crowded and while the sales associates were knowledgeable about the merchandise, I believe that I was charged a higher price for the item that I bought than I have been charged for a similar item in other countries.

I should be able to trade in my bracelets that are turned and worn down to the break. Every store does not honor the warranty and does not do cleaning or parts replacements.

The person who helped me repeated the same thing several times. He wasted too much time and when he charged me talking to other store employees about things that had nothing to do with the sale he was making and it took a long time

It appeared that the people of color where mnot allowed to browse, but white people could browse the store. They assigned a salesperson to black people, but let white people just come in and browse.

I am not satisfied with the snake bracelet because of how insecure it is (tends to click and slide right off), especially considering the amount of money paid for the product. On top of that, had to pay an extra $60 for a security chain. Why sell a product knowing it has this deficiency? at least provide the security chain as a complimentary piece. I wanted to return the product but decided to keep it because of the sentimental value it has for my romantic partner.

Entering the store, my husband and I were not greeted at all by any associates. We had to ask several times to be helped and the associates continued to put us off on other people who would not help. When we finally got someone, they were nonchalant and did not even make me feel like a happy customer. The only reason I still purchased was because I wanted to my items. This is the second store I visited in the past two days and bought from both stores. I own 6 bracelets, 3 rings, and countless charms. The quality of the service was terribly poor.
