Upon walking.up to store while standing outside-i was asked how could I be helped & if I knew what I wanted before being allowed in the store vs a greeting of welcome. When finally allowed in the store I was able to make my selection quickly as I knew what I came for. Purchase was quick yet also rude. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them for wanting a new charm to commemorate my trip.

I was on a cruise, went to St Maartain was told I would get a vip discount. Manager did not honor that.

I WANTED TO BUY THE "OLD SAN JUAN CHARM-THEY WERE SOLD OUT, COULDN'T ORDER IT FOR ME OR ANYTHING-IT'S NOT LIKE I CAN GO ack for it.

They didn’t honor my certificate for my birthday

We spent over $500 because I love Pandora and I introduced Pandora to my cousin and we were assigned to an associate could not walk around to make a selection and was only shown select items and was trying to purchase a Puerto Rico charm and was intentionally sold a plain frog saying it was a Puerto Rico charm.

The associate never told me about the $25 off for a $100 purchase. I saw no signage and my purchase was $95. It wasn’t until I went to another country (curaçao) that they advised me of the sale. I’m greatly disappointed to have missed an opportunity that I was only $5 away from. I was well within the sale dates.

I bought two charms and the free bracelet which the sales person put the charms on. The latch on the bracelet will not stay closed and one of the charms were lost within hours of purchase.

There were a sale in the store if you spend $300 or more you will received $100 discount, total was more than 300 they gave me $75.00 instead, I went back to sales associate she tells me the last item doesn't count for the sale.
