Bait and switch - told I was purchasing Pandora along with a free Pandora bangle if I spent $150. Discovered later that none of the three charms, cost me $270, nor the bracelet were Pandora.

I purchased jewelry at Pandora in old San Juan in Puerto Rico and the service was terrible. Especially with the manager. I bought jewelry for over 300 dollars and felt pressured to buy more and felt like they just wanted me to buy quick and leave. I had to return sense one of the jewelry’s were broke, the kept on insisting that it was fine and I kept saying that it was not sense there was a problem to close the piece. After a long discussion, they gave me a new set with with a very rude service and told me practically to leave unless I wanted to buy something else. I love Pandora but would never recommend the staff at this place

The original price says $65. However, on m’y receipt I was charged $75 which states a $10 customer service fee was included. I feel that I was cheated. Customer service should not accrue a $10 fee.

Went to the store in Puerto Rico and sales associates were very rude and nasty. I understand all of the guidelines for COVID-19, im a nurse that works on the Covid-19 unit. With that being said, it still does not give u the right to act ugly and act like the customers irritates you when asking to to see something in another section of the store. The whole experience was just awful. Never would I spend my money in a store that treat their customers like me and my friends were treated( even tho we all brought something) ever again

The first sales associate ignored my questions and tried to tell me about prices instead of showing me the merchandise as requested. When I asked for another associate, she came over and was rude and dismissive. The only reason why I still made a purchase is because I always get a charm for the place I am visiting. If I knew of another store or way to get a charm for Puerto Rico, I would not have purchased anything from there.

It took about 30 mins just to check out, and it looks like I was overcharged for a charm. On the receipt It says “original price 65$” but I was charged 75$ for the charm.
