Yenilice from the Plaza del Caribe store in Ponce was very helpful. Although with this whole COVID situation she took the time to assist me with my purchase. I was not 100% sure of my ring size and due to being on vacation. She went above and beyond to help. Gracias Yenilice!!! I also went to your store located in Plaza de las Americas in San Juan. Your staff there was not helpful at all. The sales associate that attempted to help me was not as friendly and remarked " don't you know your ring size?" I did not get her name but I was there on Sept 15th, 2020. She seemed a bit annoyed and definitely not the customer service I'm accustomed to getting in your stores or authorized retailers.
